Yes. A bigger plan starts at once, and the difference for the rest of the month goes on your next bill. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal, once you're within its limits; we'll show you what to turn off first. We never switch anything off for you.
Prices are shown before GST, which is 18%, and the total with GST is next to every price. In Madhya Pradesh we charge CGST and SGST; elsewhere in India, IGST. Add your GSTIN to your billing details and it goes on your invoice.
Cancel any time in the app. Your plan stays on to the end of the monthyou've paid for. We don't refund a month once it has started, unless something went wrong on our side. Nothing is deleted when your plan ends: you can sign in, see everything and export your contacts, opportunities and website-form submissions. We keep your data for 90 days after the plan ends, then delete it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Every new lead that arrives by itself: from a Meta lead form, a click-to-WhatsApp ad or Page post, a form on your website (including scripts and Zapier that post to it), or a workflow's own webhook link. Leads your team types in, contacts you import from a file, Meta's test leads and leads created by any other workflow don't count. A lead counts once, when it arrives; deleting or merging it later doesn't change the count.
They all still come in; nothing is ever held back. On plans with extra leads, each one over your plan is added to your next bill at the price shown, up to that plan's monthly cap. Past the cap, extra leads cost nothing more that month. We email you at 80% and 100% of your monthly leads, and when you reach the cap. Reach the cap two months in a row and we may move you to the next plan from your following renewal; we'll tell you at least 7 days before.
Anyone you send the pay link to, such as your accountant. They don't need a Leadzaro account. Only the workspace owner can change or cancel the plan.
You keep the plan and price you have. If we ever move existing customers to a new version of a plan, we tell you at least 7 days before your renewal.
Not yet. Paid plans need a billing address in India, and we can't bill Special Economic Zone units at present.
We set agencies up personally, with a plan sized to your clients.
