By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. The Service
Leadzaro is a CRM for businesses that run Meta ads for leads. Leads from Meta lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads and your own website's forms arrive as contacts and opportunities on your pipelines; your team works them from a shared WhatsApp inbox; workflows automate the routine; and Leadzaro can send Meta the results of your leads. We offer the Service in plans with different features and limits (see §6). We may add, change or remove features over time; a change to what your plan includes is made as §6.8 describes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Send unsolicited, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing communications, or violate the policies, messaging rules, or terms of any connected platform (including Meta, Google, and WhatsApp).
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You retain all rights to the data you submit, capture, or process through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your Customer Data and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, notices, and consents — including any consent required to collect leads and to transmit conversion or event data to advertising platforms.
5. Third-party platforms and integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that we do not control. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies, and their availability may change or be discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third-party platform.
6. Plans, prices and bills
6.1 Plans and prices
Our plans and their prices are on our Pricingpage. Prices are in Indian rupees, per workspace, per month, and GST at 18% is added. Paid plans are available to businesses with a billing address in India; we can't bill units in a Special Economic Zone at present.
6.2 Your billing month and renewal
Your plan runs month to month from the day it starts and renews on the same date each month. Three days before each renewal we email the workspace's billing contact an estimate. On the renewal date we issue your bill for the coming month, plus any extra leads from the month just ended. You have 7 days to pay, with everything working. Paying late doesn't change your renewal date.
6.3 Leads and extra leads
- Counted:every new lead that arrives by itself, from a Meta lead form, a click-to-WhatsApp ad or Page post, a form on your website (including scripts and Zapier that post to it), or a workflow's own webhook link.
- Not counted:leads your team types in, contacts you import from a file, Meta's test leads, and leads created by any other workflow.
- A lead counts once, when it arrives. Deleting or merging it later doesn't change the count.
Each plan includes a number of leads per month. If more arrive, they all still come in. On plans with extra leads, each lead over your plan costs the price shown on the Pricing page, added to your next bill, up to that plan's monthly cap; past the cap, extra leads cost nothing more that month. We email you at 80% and 100% of your monthly leads and when you reach the cap. If you reach the cap two months in a row, we may move you to the next plan from your following renewal, and we'll tell you at least 7 days before.
6.4 Paying
Each bill comes with a pay link. You can pay it by UPI, card or net banking through our payment partner Razorpay, or by bank transfer. Anyone you send the link to can pay, for example your accountant. We never debit your account automatically. We never see or store your card number; Razorpay handles it. If your business deducts TDS, pay by bank transfer and tell us.
6.5 Taxes and invoices
We issue GST tax invoices as the law requires. Tell us your State, and your GSTIN if you have one, before you pay; they decide the tax on your invoice (CGST and SGST in Madhya Pradesh, IGST elsewhere).
6.6 If a bill isn't paid
If a bill is still unpaid 7 days after we issue it, and we've reminded you, your workspace is restricted: adding new things (such as pipelines, workflows, WhatsApp numbers, Facebook Pages or team members), broadcasts, scheduled sends and template messages sent by hand are paused. New leads, replies and workflows keep working. If the bill is still unpaid 30 days after we issued it, your plan ends, as §6.9 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy describe. The dates on each bill are the ones that apply to it. If you pay by bank transfer, tell us the transfer reference on the bill's pay page: we don't restrict your workspace for that bill while we confirm the money has arrived (up to 3 working days). If we've agreed in writing that you pay us directly, we don't restrict your workspace automatically; we'll talk to you.
6.7 Changing your plan
The workspace owner can move to a bigger plan at any time, unless the workspace is restricted or its plan has ended. You pay the difference for the days left in the current period first, and the bigger plan's limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed. If we move you at your request, its limits apply at once and the difference is added to your next bill, or billed on its own when your next bill is more than 30 days away. The month's leads are shared out by days. A move to a smaller plan happens at your next renewal, as long as your workspace is within the smaller plan's limits and isn't using a feature it doesn't include; we show you what to turn off first. We never switch anything off for you.
6.8 Changes to plans and prices
You keep the plan version and price you have. If we move existing customers to a new version of a plan, we email you at least 7 days before your renewal.
6.9 Cancelling, ending and refunds
You can cancel at any time; how cancelling, the end of a plan and refunds work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6.10 Arrangements made with us
If we've agreed a different price or arrangement with you directly, that agreement applies to it, and these Terms apply to everything else.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by TuffleIQ Technologies Private Limited and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time (see §6.9). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or others. Unpaid bills are handled only as §6.6says. We don't delete your data because a bill is unpaid or your plan has ended. You can ask us to delete your account and data; billing records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law sets (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will produce any particular advertising, attribution, or business result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuffleIQ Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid us, ₹10,000.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuffleIQ Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
14. Changes to these Terms
Our policies carry a version number, shown at the top of each page, and earlier versions stay online. When we change something that affects what you pay or your rights, we publish a new version and email the workspace owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. A month you've already paid for stays under the version that was in force when you paid.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
